We embed engineering and DFM thinking into the design process from day one, so the model that leaves our studio doesn’t require a second round of costly re-engineering before tooling can begin. Tolerances, draft angles, material selection, assembly logic, and tooling cost are resolved at the design stage — not discovered later. The result is a compressed timeline, a tighter BOM, and a product that performs exactly as intended at production volume.
